• We make every effort to display accurate colors and images, but we cannot guarantee your device will show them exactly.

• Orders may be canceled if the product is out of stock with our supplier.

• Orders are shipped from our supplier warehouse in the UAE.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within UAE.

• Delays caused by courier, customs, or supplier issues are beyond our control.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made online at checkout.

• We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

• Your payment details are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, skincare products are non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
